We are seeking skilled Welder and Fabricators to assemble and weld pre-formed chassis with precision in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to read drawings and fabricate based on drawing design, specifications, and procedures. We are looking for welders highly proficient in MIG welding along with the ability to fabricate and assemble large horizontal balers. Summary
Starting Rate: $22.00 – $25.00 /Hour, Full Time
Benefits: : $2,500 signing bonus (will be paid over a 12 month period), 10 Vacation Days (Paid Time Off), 10 Holidays, Attendance Bonus, 401K with company match, Medical, Vision, Dental, Company paid Life Insurance, STD, & LTD
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Perform efficient and quality MIG welding of various metal thicknesses
- Fabricate large horizontal baler chassis and subcomponent as well as related machinery
- Read blueprints & drawings
- Use Torch and plasma cutter
- Accurately read a tape measure and use precision measuring tools
- Perform work with the help of various hand and power tools (drills, grinders, sanders, etc.)
- Maintain and use equipment in a safe manner
- Set up and adjust MIG welding and cutting equipment
- Forklift and over-head crane operation a plus
- Ability to meet production standards
- Maintain good attendance record and be able to work overtime as required
- Maintain good safety record
- Maintain positive attitude
