Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Production Welders to weld pre-formed chassis with precision in a manufacturing environment. Welders must be able to read drawings and fabricate based on drawing design, specifications, and procedures. We are looking for Welders highly proficient in MIG / Stick welding along with the ability to perform light fabrication on smaller components. We design and manufacture our machinery from the ground up and this position provides a great opportunity to strengthen your personal skills and knowledge with an ever-growing company.

Job Skills / Qualifications

  • MIG / stick welding expertise
  • Light fabricating skills
  • Read blueprints & drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout & procedures
  • Weld parts in flat, vertical, and/or overhead positions
  • Torch and plasma cutting
  • Use of portable grinder, hand file, and/or scraper as needed
  • Required to grind / clean work
  • Forklift and over-head crane operation a plus
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure and use precision measuring tools
  • Maintain and use equipment in a safe manner

Job Expectations

  • Self-starter and motivated
  • Willingness to work OT and Saturday as needed; regular shift 6am – 2:30pm
  • Demonstrate a “CAN-DO” attitude and excel in a team environment
  • Provide high quality workmanship through neatness, organization, & attention to detail
  • Possess good communication skills & an ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Adhere to safe working practices to maintain shop standards
  • Use time management skills to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality of work
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check, physical exam and drug test
