Maren model 423 Automatic Balers offer all the operating features of the larger, expensive balers in a compact, low cost package.
The Maren 423 Baler is the fastest, safest and most efficient baler of it's kind. The 423 is designed to be a "turn-key" installation. Drop the 423 in position, connect the electrical power and your ready to start baling.
With the largest feeder hopper of any small baler on Market, the 423 easily handles all types of waste material. Bulky waste is quick and smoothly compacted into a 42" long x 30" wide x 30" high bale.
The large intake hopper allows the Maren 423 baler to be used in conjunction with Gravity Feed Chutes, Belt Conveyors, or Pneumatic Feed Systems.
A photo-electric eye in the hopper controls the baling operation. When the light beam is blocked by material, the baling cycle automatically starts and continues until the light beam is no longer blocked. The baler will not operate unless the hopper is filled. A buzzer sounds to alert the operator that the bale is complete. An operator is only needed to release the door, tie off and handle the bale - - a part time job.
